Acceptance of Terms

By using Lumora, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

What Lumora Provides

Lumora is a coding education platform where students learn by building real projects. We provide guided project content, a browser-based code editor, a public portfolio page, and an AI-powered coding tutor. All features are provided "as is" and may change as we improve the platform.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Each person should have only one account. You must provide accurate information during signup. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your Content

The code you write on Lumora belongs to you. By publishing a project to your portfolio, you grant Lumora permission to display it publicly on your portfolio page. You can unpublish or delete your projects at any time. Do not post content that is harmful, illegal, or inappropriate.

AI Tutor

The AI tutor provides coding guidance and education. It is not a substitute for professional instruction. Responses are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate. Use your own judgment when applying suggestions. The tutor has a daily usage limit per user.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: attempt to access other users' accounts or data, use the platform to distribute malware or harmful code, abuse the AI tutor for non-educational purposes, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Lumora is provided for educational purposes. We are not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or damages arising from use of the platform. We make no guarantees about uptime or availability.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Lumora after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform.
